gde's most recent project, completed for one of the UK's oldest established private petfood manufacturers, utilises a unique
continuous dense phase pneumatic system for transfer of all products after the extruders. A condition of gde's
design brief received from the client's team was to eliminate traditional mechanical handling methods utilised in their existing
factory to increase production efficiency by reducing the plant down time lost through clean-out between formulation changes/production
runs.
After extensive investigation, networking and trials with numerous equipment manufacturers, gde and their client nominated Mac
Equipment from Kansas, USA, to supply eight conveying systems.
